The following shipping charges are for orders fulfilled by MaiKai Hawaii and do not apply to special orders or "Lowest Price Guarantee" price matched orders.  There is no shipping charge for the purchase of MKH Virtual Gift Cards.

*FREE Standard Shipping (USPS Priority Mail) on purchases of $150 or more (not including items marked "Free Shipping") is valid for online and telephone orders fulfilled by MaiKaiHawaii.com only.  Offer based on merchandise total and does not include taxes (Hawaii residents) or any additional charges.  Minimum order for FREE Shipping to Canada is $250.  Additional fees apply for expedited shipping.  Free Shipping does not apply to orders fulfilled by AllPosters.com.

Unless otherwise instructed orders are shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail (Priority Mail International to Canada).  The same rates as Continental U.S. (including Alaska) apply for shipments to U.S. Territories and U.S. Armed Forces AE, AA and AP addresses.  Orders to Continental U.S. addresses usually arrive in 4 to 7 business days and to Hawaii addresses within 3 business days.  All others usually arrive in 7 to 10 business days.

Important Shipping Information

Jennifer Taylor Luxury Bed Ensembles, Veratex Luxury Bed Ensembles, and Columbine Cody Coverlets & Shams ship separately from other merchandise directly from our mainland vendors via UPS and can only be shipped within the 48 contiguous states.  We apologize that these items cannot be shipped to APO/FPO, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or Canadian addresses and cannot be delivered to PO boxes.  Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery.

Shipping Time

Your order will be packed with the utmost of care.  Upon receipt of credit card orders most orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days (usually within 24 hours for orders placed Sunday through Thursday).   Most of the time, you can expect to receive your order within 4 to 7 business days from the time you place your order.  Otherwise, your order will be shipped within 2 business days of receipt of your money order or cashier's check and within 7 business days of receipt of your personal check.

Please allow an additional 7 to 10 days for delivery of orders that include Silk & Ribbon Lei.

Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery of orders that include Jennifer Taylor Luxury Bed Ensembles, Veratex Luxury Bed Ensembles, and Columbine Cody Coverlets & Shams (see Important Shipping Information above).

Out of Stock Items

Occasionally, high demand may cause us to run out of certain items.  If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you via email or phone.

FedEx

Just let us know in "Special Instructions" at check-out if your order must be shipped via FedEx.  Please state if you require *FedEx Priority Overnight or *FedEx Standard Overnight shipping.  If you direct us to ship your order via FedEx the cost incurred for shipping will be charged to the credit card used for your order.

*FedEx Overnight shipping from Hawaii is only available to most locations west of the Rocky Mountains.  Delivery to destinations east of the Rocky Mountains takes 2 days.

International Destinations

At this time we're only able to ship within the United States (including Territories and U.S. Armed Forces AE, AA and AP addresses) and Canada.

Gift Orders & Shipping To More Than One Address

We can ship your order to only one location.  We realize that your order may include gift items that require shipping to more than one address.  To solve this dilemma, please place separate orders.

We gladly accept the return of most of our products which fail to delight you (excluding Dinnerware, Bath & Body Products, Books, Hawaiian Music CDs, Candy, Condiments, Cookies, Macadamia Nuts, Hawaiian Coffee & Hawaiian Teas, DVDs & Videos).  We do require that you please make the return of qualifying merchandise within 30 days of purchase.

Due to abuse of our past liberal return policy we apologize that we now strictly enforce the following return requirements:

Returned merchandise parcel must be post marked within 30 days of order date.

Returned merchandise MUST be UNUSED and pre-packaged merchandise MUST be in ORIGINAL, UNOPENED, RESELLABLE packaging.

Returned merchandise must be carefully packed to prevent breakage in transit.  If returned merchandise arrives to us broken or damaged due to improper packing we will not issue a refund.

If the order qualified for a free "Gift with Purchase" and by returning an item the total of the order becomes less than the required amount for the free gift(s), the gift(s) also must be returned or the retail value of the gift(s) will be deducted from the qualifying refund.

If the order qualified for "Free Shipping" and the order is returned, our actual cost of shipping will be deducted from the qualifying refund.

To return merchandise, you must enclose a copy of your sales receipt with a notation stating the reason for your return.  Your package must be pre-paid and must be addressed exactly to the following address:
